AHC Collection Times
Once we receive your application form and your pets rabies vaccine details, we will contact you to book your AHC collection within 10 days of your travel date. Please note, we are a low overhead certification service; we do not have a clinic or shop. As a guide, our collection times and locations are typically:
- Monday evenings 18:30-20:00 (NG15 0EA)
- Thursday mornings 10:00-12:00 (NG16 2RP)
- Every other Saturday morning 10:00-12:00 (NG15 0EA)

As we also work in veterinary practice, our preferred contact method is email. We cannot make or receive phone calls during our working day as we need to prioritise caring for our patients.
